I thought this bag was really cute but when I received it, the sides did not stand up on their own and the stitching was off on the bag.

This Nine West tote looked intriguing online. I couldn't resist ordering it, especially since I knew returns are so easy through Zappos. Well, the tote is fabulous. It looks terrific - really fun, colors work with anything, and it's just the right size - not too big or small. I haven't used it very often yet, so I can't say anything about it's durability, but I can say that so far I love carrying it and get lots of compliments.

Amazing service from Zappos as usual! My handbag was received one day after I ordered it. It is a beautiful bag, will go with everything. It is well made, feels comfortable on my shoulder and so much room inside. I wish it was just a tad bit smaller because I am only 5'1", but, other than that, it is perfect!

This was my 2nd fall bag purchase, and I am very pleased. This is a nice sized bag with plenty of room. It expands as the stuff in your purse expands. I'm happy with the quality as I only purchase a bag and use it one season. However, this one may be good for 2 falls/winters. Enjoy!

Great purchase. This bag is not BIG at all but just right with certain things to fit in the tote. It's adorable. Very versatile! I purchased the (gold) night/iron black color, just perfect. I want to buy many of the colors! Thanks Zappos and of course, Nine West!

This purse is absolutely adorable! I love it so much. It carries all of my junk, my wallet, and my cosmetic bag, and a bottle of water if I pack it right. The little detachable bag is really handy.

I like this handbag. It is lightweight and has many organizing areas. I had bought this about 2 years ago from 9 West and enjoyed the use of it so much that when I saw this from Zappos I purchased it to refurbish my older one. The previous one was more of a bright coral color which was fun and accidentally went well with most of my outfits believe it or not. I thought this was the exact same purse is the reason I purchased it; however, it is more of a orange orange. Pretty much the same style and I have decided to keep it hoping it will complement outfits once more as the mango did. This purse will last you one year or at the most two but it is vinyl so it will start losing shape; however, it is a delight to use. Very functional and vibrant colors are fun for a change. The best feature of all is the weight of the purse is like a feather so when you load it up with all your things it is not too heavy to carry. I have many leather high quality handbags however even though they are beautiful and stylish your shoulder neck and back will pay for it in the long run. They are heavy before you put anything in them. So five stars for this middle priced line vinyl fun bag! Kudos to Nine West for such a fine design and as always kudos to Zappos for always such fine customer service!

I got One Stop Shopper in yellow and it is fantastic. The yellow is more of a school bus yellow than sunshine yellow, which I like. And the size is perfect for what I need it for, which is to carry my large wallet/personal stuff on one side, and my 2 year old's diapers/wipes on the other. I'm over carrying diaper bags! Love the size and functionality of this one! And as usual, Zappos shipping blew my mind! Less than 24 hours later it arrived. Can't beat it!
