Nine West Kids

These were great shoes in theory and cute, fit well. But they didn't last. Shoes ripped apart at the seam (both toes) after my 7 year daughter wore for about a month. I expected more durability from a children's shoe!

When we received this shoe the stone was broken off and because my daughter like the shoe so much I was forced to glue the stone back on. also the little black or brown circles around the stone were dis-colored. They apparently should have all been black/brown but many are white. This shoe is defected. We kept the shoe because it's needed for an activity today.

These shoes look good! But when I bough them, they were not what I expected.

I am an adult with a child's size foot so I usually buy children's shoes or in this instance boots. These boots are very comfortable and fit quite well.

My daughter danced in these shoes all night and didn't complain. Fancy enough to match any formal wear and still look good in skinny jeans. Thanks Zappos for the many selections in kids shoes which are so hard to find in stores now a days.

The upper part of the boot is synthetic, so it doesn't stay up, which is disappointing since it is a knee boot. The heel is also a weird shape. This boot is not for the little girls who have skinny legs and narrow feet, because it looks terrible around the ankle area. It slouches and buckles. Overall, not a great knee boot. Keep looking.

My daughter is 12 and has a wide foot. This shoe fits her foot perfectly, is comfortable to wear and is stylish.

Well made shoe and great padding. My daughter's foot is a little wide, so we had to go 1/2 size up. Super cute and comfortable!

Soft and comfy shoes. Daughter wears these every chance she gets. Great shoe! Finally found a flat for her extremely narrow heel!

I am a 35 year old woman with very small feet so finding shoes that aren't cutesy is hard to find. I love these shoes and they are so comfortable. The fit well, and have a padded back and padded support, and I love that they move with your foot. I can wear these all day - in fact, I'm doing that right now. The only problem I had was one of the shoes was missing the tassel. So I called customer service - they were great, and helped me so much to resolve the issue. Zappos is the best.

First off this is the first time I've ordered from Zappos and was super impressed with the lightening fast shipping. Less than 24 hours after I ordered they were on my doorstep. My daughter loves the shoes. She has narrow feet and has a hard time finding flats that fit. I was hesitant to order shoes online but was desperate. These fit her perfect and with no slipping. My daughter says they are very comfortable! She can wear them with her dresses and they look cute with her jeans. I will definitely be ordering from Zappos again!

My little one has ligaments problems in her feet; and so far both Nine West pair I bought for her give her the comfort her little feet needs. No complaints with these cute shoes, she is able to wear them without the prescribe insert soles. Better yet she loves them! She wore them the entire month of December for all the holidays events we had!

Great shoes - super soft, cushioned at the heel & very flexible. My daughter has super narrow feet & these work great - wish they made other colors!

Very comfortable. Cushion on the back heel prevents scraping. I have very small feet and have to buy kids shoes, and this was sized just right. Looks fashionable too.

These are really cute and appear to hold up well. My daughter says that they are comfortable, which doesn't happen very often.

These shoes are great! They do not slip off my daughter's feet and are not too tight around the toe. They look cute with jeans, leggings and church clothes!

Really cute shoes, really well made and super comfy. My daughter was fitted and measured a 1 1/2 which I ordered. She found these a little snug, so I returned them and got the 2. They were perfect. The entire return process went super smoothly and Zappos even upgraded me to free overnight shipping of the new pair. Love Zappos!

Shoes are great! But, more than that, the return policy kept me a return customer. We ordered some sneakers at the same time as these shoes and had to return them. Because the shipping was free, I felt comfortable reordering another pair of sneakers. Might have gone somewhere else if shipping was a consideration. Heard you mentioned on the TODAY show for this policy. Kudos to you!

These are great shoes. The quality, comfort and fit are perfect for my 7 year old. I will be buying them again once she's outgrown this pair.

My daughter has a VERY narrow heel. It is always difficult to find a dressy shoe for her that is narrow enough in the back. I ordered these and was hoping and praying that they would fit. They were perfect and look so cute on her foot. I only wish it came in other colors!!
