These have got to be the worst shoes to wear for more than 2 hours, and even worse if you have to walk within those 2 hours. The front strap across the top of the toes is low but wide, and spans across the top of the shoe. This will wreak havoc on the pinky toe because of such a low clearance. Also, I have small ankles, and the ankle strap is sized large, so there are not enough holes. You cannot "poke" an extra hole either, because the holes are lined in metal, and your made-up hole will look odd. I was saddened because the shoe is adorable, but not well engineered.

I actually bought this shoe in white at the Nine West store in NYC on 7/25. My nephew picked this shoe out and it is absolutely wonderful. Very comfortable and sharp! My shoe size is 10, but I bought the 9 1/2 and it fit fine. This shoe truly makes a statement.

Fabulous shoes! I wore them bare leg with a black over the knee designer dress to an evening concert. They added just the right flair to the dress. The shoes wore comfortably all night. Lots of compliments all night! So, I bought another little black dress just for the shoes! So sexy on the feet!

These shoes are hot!! Great quality and they actually make your feet look narrow. There isn't much support for the ball of your foot, so after a few hours of wear they can get a little uncomfortable. But a little discomfort is worth it - the shoes look incredible on :)

Love them, love them, love them. Wore them for the first time walking thru an airport to go on vacation. What does that say about the shoe? They are sexy, cool and look wonderful on. One suggestion, from the other reviews I chose to order a size 6 verses a 6 1/2. The shoe fit perfect. No blisters or lifting from the back heal. They are worth every penny!

Sexy Shoe! This shoe looks exactly like it did in the pictures and is super sexy (if a shoe CAN be sexy). It's also very comfortable except for the back part that goes over your heel. There is a seam that got uncomfortable after a few hours but I just put some soft mole skin over it and was good to go!

Works For Me! I was looking for a strappy heel, but didn't want anything too high or anything too thick. I came across this shoe and ordered last night and received them today i.e. the very next afternoon! This shoe is super sexy and fairly comfortable. I ordered a half size up like I usually do with heels and it worked out. I do have a few caveats though. 1) Nine West shoes are usually very narrow (these are no exception), which works for me, but may not work for people with normal width to wide feet. 2) All of your weight will be distributed onto the ball of your foot and there is no cushion, so I plan on buying something to place in the shoe. And 3) Because I have very narrow feet, the strap below the ankle strap is a little too wide and there is bit of a gaping hole there, but when I looked in the mirror at the shoe, it isn't really noticeable. Overall I'm happy with them and hope the cushion will make these bearable enough to go clubbing during my vacation in Vegas!
