I tried these on at some brick and mortar store. They are well made, well cushioned, too. These shoes have Carrie Bradshaw attitude. But the store did not have my size (luckily for Zappos). I have ordered the grey pair in both 10 and 10½. 10 fit me better as a pair (my left foot is bigger, so in 10½ the right was way too big).

These shoes fit pretty well and true to size. For me, I thought the top part closest to the ankle was a bit loose (which I've experienced with another pair of Nine West shoes). Overall it's a nice shoe, very stylish, and relatively easy to walk in (considering the height of the heel).
