My son loves the look and feel of these shoes. The studs in the photos are metal studs that can be screwed in and out (we'd thought they were rubber); it'll be interesting to see how complicated it is to get them on and off for various surfaces. Very light shoes.

It was between these shoes and the victory's for double the price. These are only an ounce heavier, and I think they will last longer, compared to the other shoes. This is my first XC Spike, but I still love these.

These shoes are way too narrow, making them feel smaller than usual. The size is good but the narrowness is ridiculous. There is no way someone with a 9.5 shoe size has feet this narrow. I can't afford to return my shoes because I have a race this Saturday and these are all I got. I guess I'll just have to go with it.

Started falling apart after 2 races. The black sides and Nike swoosh began to peel and rip off. The front blue toe ripped as well. I lost the Nike symbol on one side during a race.

I ordered these for my son who runs high school cross-country. Very good fit, comfortable and light to wear. Nice traction on wet, slippery, and grassy hills. The upper portion of these shoes are made of a very thin, light synthetic fabric. He really likes them, but I think he likes the attention he gets when he wears them. The color of these shoes are cool, especially in the sun.

These are absolutely horrible. After two trips to the gym and two runs, the flimsy Nike logos and line decals are peeling off on both sides of both shoes. I have had these for just barely over a week! Zappos did stand behind the product and provided EXCELLENT follow-up customer service.

Beautiful shoe! Just make sure to order a 7.5 in Men's if you're 8.5 in women's. I ordered 7 in men's and it was too small. I ended up exchanging because I loved the shoe so much. Side note -- Zappos Customer Service is excellent. They offer one day expedited shipping free if you need to exchange or return.

I bought these for my son. He loves them, says that they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. He ran the 100m, 200m, and pole-vaulted, and they suited those events very well for a first year track member. Knowing that spikes usually fit slimmer than running shoes, I did buy him a half-size bigger, but he is right on that border of fit, anyway.

Great shoe for running track and field. Purchased this shoe for my 14 year old son with a 8.5 foot for running the 400 meter event race. Super lightweight and can fit an arch support insert (if needed). He really likes this shoe. Cool colors and would highly recommend this shoe.
