I am disappointed! I had been waiting for these for months and I am not impressed. The older vomero (6) has way more cushioning for running. These are much more lighter weight. That is not the reason that I bought these shoes. I buy them for a cushioned run.

I am disappointed with the Vomero 7. I have used the Vomero for running since Nike launched their first pair. The inside stitching in 7 isn’t finished off, which doesn’t make it as smooth as the previous models and the tongue isn’t stitched to the inside either. It moves around loosely which I do not like as it doesn’t feel like my foot is supported as well. When you do a lot of running in an expensive shoe naturally you expect the next model “up” to be better. In this case it is definitely not. Nike has skimped on this model!

I loved the Vomero+6, so when needed new jogging shoes bought the Vomero+7. The 7 isn't quite as plush soft, but is cuter and still feels great. I have a bunion and these are great for my feet. Yes, would recommend.

I picked out this particular shoe as I previously had a pair of Vomeros that I liked. Normally I wear a 10 in other brands, but Nike sizes seem to be a half size smaller than marked. I couldn't find my size (10-1/2) in any local stores, so Zappos was the perfect solution. They have the best selection of styles and sizes and it is an excellent company for customer service and speed of delivery. I particularly like the Vomero as the arch is in the perfect location for my feet and there is enough room in the toe to keep from pinching (I have a painful neuroma between my toes). These are my favorite shoes to wear.

It's a great shoe! Great support and very comfortable. I have worn Nike Zoom Vomero's for several years now and wouldn't change to another brand.
I'd also recommend: Only brand I would wear!

I have a mortons neroma and finding a shoe that doesn't hurt is very hard. I found this shoe last year and started wearing it. It was very comfortable but I knew I needed a wide. While on vacation in Florida I found a store that carried them in wide. I love this shoe. Highly recommend. Since it's so hard to find in wide I'm stocking up.
