Zappos was awesome! We ordered track shoes for my daughter, which I had no idea they would carry. They arrived right away but were to small. I called customer service at 10:00p.m. and they had a bigger size shipped to us the next day. I wish all orders were done so smoothly. Other companies need to take note at how well this company is run and how awesome their customer service department is! Nice job Zappos.

The shipping for this shoe was extremely fast. The only issue I had was the shoe is cut extremely small. If you get this shoe, please order a size larger. I am a female who wears a size 11 and I ordered a 9 1/2. It was to small. I wore them twice but couldn't endure the pain. Many compliments though.

I love these shoes. My coach ordered them for our team and they are just amazing. They are almost the exact same style as the ones we had last year, but in a different color. When I first tried them on I noticed that they had a high arch support which is good too. My previous Nike shoe were 9½ and I wear 10/11 in women's, but this year I got 8½ which was a little bit tight. I exchanged them for a 9 and they were perfect. I do not want them to be so loose that my feet moves around.

I bought these shoes for my twins in late 2011 they wore out with very little use for indoor track and after a few weeks of practice for outdoor a big chunk is out of both of their shoes. They have been using them anyway, but I am extremely disappointed because they both had Nike throwing shoes that lasted through two indoor sessions and two outdoor seasons before wearing and these took six weeks. What a waste especially when I have to buy two pairs. Not much out there to choose from. Whatever Nuke changed in these shoes from the quality of four years ago, they need to change it back. The really sick part is my daughters are both in the position to win the State tournament and they have these crappy shoes. In the process of finding new ones to hopefully break in before the big meet.
