I am a female college sprinter and I love these spikes. They feel true to size and are extremely comfortable. They make me feel faster and more powerful. The design helps me run on the ball of my feet. I highly recommend these.

This is a good track shoe. I find it is better for sprints or short distance runs. I have run in longer races with them and they are okay, but they are definitely better for sprints/short distances. They fit well and are comfortable on the track.

Great jumping and sprinting track spikes. Fit narrow, but that is good for competition. Also fit small, so do order one half size up.
