I bought these before my second track meet and I received them a day after I ordered them. Zappos has great customer service! The shoes felt weird, and they hurt (my toes especially) even though I ordered a half size larger like I was supposed to. On the contrary, they are beautiful! The colors really pop, it looks exactly if not better than it is shown here. Plus they're super duper light for running which helps but is also slippery when running to do the long jump (but that's probably because westpoints' board sucks). I love how the shoes look but hate the way they feel but I got so many compliments that I didn't really care. I recommend them for they're lightness and style!

The shoes arrived in a very timely manner and my daughter was quite pleased with how they looked. Unfortunately, they run very small and did not fit, so we returned them for a full refund and ordered another pair two and half sizes larger. The new pair came the next day and fit perfectly. My full refund was credited to my account within about 10 days as promised. Just know when you order this particular shoe that they run very small. We originally ordered a woman's size 8.5 and wound up with a 10 fitting just fine.
