Not as good as Air Essential - I have been trying to find a shoe to replace the discontinued Air Essentials, which I wear all the time. This shoe is too small in the size I usually wear and a bit too big in the next half size. It's pretty comfortable and will have to do as the replacement.

Great first impression on my first pair of Nike's - Very good, comfortable shoe overall. Only complaint is they do not easily appear to accept orthotics since the back is pretty low and almost feels like your foot could pull out. However, air pillow in heel appears to be nearly as good as my gel inserts. I am pleased with my first couple of days in them.

Comfortable yet a little unattractive - Not the most attractive shoe, but very comfortable. I had been wearing K-Swiss which did not offer this level of comfort. However, I have a difficult time finding shoes in my size (5.5) so I often settle for less attractive shoes since I often have limited choices in brands I like/trust in my size.

Perfect Nursing Shoe! I've spent hours upon hours researching what type of shoe is best for my feet and I've finally found the perfect shoe! I'm on my feet 12 hours a day and this shoe stands up to the test. They are very well cushioned - like walking on pillows and have pretty good arch support. The padded tongue is especially nice because it’s nice and soft on the top as well. Nike rocks! And as always, Zappos has lightning fast deliveries.

This is my 3rd pair of these shoes! They are always hard to find in my size so I'm so glad I discovered Zappos-I can always get them! These are the absolute most comfortable shoe. I wear them for exercise walking and basically all the time I am in casual mode. I usually take a 9 and I have to get a 9 1/2 in these.
Brands I'd also recommend: hmmm..just this shoe!

Walk in comfort - Good arch support, very comfortable. True to size in width and length. Highly recommend for those who have to walk on concrete floors all day. Love this shoe.

Sent them back right away - I wear a 6.5 wide and ordered these in my size after reading the reviews. The shoes were so narrow I could barely get them on! I put them back in the box and sent them back. I also ordered the Nike Air Pegasus 2007 in my size (6.5 wide) and they are perfect.

Great shoe - This shoe is my all-time favorite walking shoe. I have found this shoe to be more comfortable than any other brand or model of walking shoe. This is probably my 4th pair. I wear them whenever I walk for exercise or if I'm a tourist somewhere and have to do a lot of walking. I am thrilled that Zappos now carries them.

Nike Walker AS V - These shoes have very good arch support which is what I was looking for. They are not as roomy as other Nike styles that I currently have in the same size, but I can wear thinner socks and they are fine.
Brands I'd also recommend: I would recommend any Nike shoes.

Functional, not necessarily stylish - This is my second pair of these walking shoes. I just can't find anything else that fits quite like they do. They're perfect for my foot - not too narrow in the toe and with ample stability for treadmill walking. My only complaint is that they're not at all hip looking (I'm 30). It's unfortunate Nike doesn't make their walking shoes in vibrant colors like they do their other athletic shoes. But I prefer the stability of a walking shoe more than I need the look of a running shoe, so I'm sticking with them.

If you have wide feet don't buy this shoe - The look of the shoe is great for those of us who are not trendy. If you have wide feet I don't recommend this shoe. I bought "wide" but they are still very tight.

Too narrow - I ordered these because I wanted a simple, white tennis shoe and it was available in wide width. They look great, Nike quality, but nowhere near a wide width. They are too tight to be comfortable, even after they are broken in. Unfortunately, I will need to return them and will probably look for a New Balance shoe which is usually great for wide widths.

Walker review - This is my fourth pair. They're very comfortable, well cushioned and stable. I buy a half size bigger than I would normally wear. My only complaint is they're a little hot in the summer.

These shoes run small and a little too tight. The arch support actually start to hurt, and the backs of the shoe are a little too low so there is some slipping of the heel. Cannot recommend at all as they hurt my feet after a short while, even though they felt like a good fit at first.
