These are good walking shoes. They are just as good as the health-walker 8 from Nike, plus they look better. I walk on concrete floors all day and these do just fine.

Great looking shoe, however, they are extremely uncomfortable. If you have a wide foot stay away. That white piece of rubber that goes around your foot does not bend to your foot. If you have a narrow foot, it might be fine. Just a heads up.

After a short time the sole on one shoe separated from the rest of the shoe. Most likely will return these shoes.

I bought these for my 13 year old son and he loves them. We were in a retail store and he saw these in a different color that he didn't love, but did like the style. I used the Zappos App right in the store to see if they carried them in a different color and they did! I bought them on my phone right there at the store!

This is a good shoe. I wear it to the gym to train. It has pretty good ankle support as well as nice cushioning. Nike typically makes a durable product and this appears to be no different so far. I have only worn them for about a month, though.

I'm a cpt training myself too. I wanted a nice all around shoe for plyo, saq, as well as cardio and resistance. This is great. The molded upper is as stable as they say. Nice cushion and for a flat foot I find with a store bought insert I am better supported in this shoe than most.
