Awesome shoes. If you\'re part of the bigger crowd (6\'5, 240lbs) and think heavy shoes with lots of cushion and arch support will reduce impact you\'re fighting a losing battle. Pick up some light shoes that mimic running barefoot like these and see how much muscle your feet and legs develop after 20 miles or so. I\'ll never run in anything else again. I go 5-7 miles every other day and haven\'t had any stress fractures in my lower tibia like I used to a few years ago.

Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked Shoe Arch: No arch support Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
I have been using, and thoroughly enjoying, the Lunar Trainer since it was first released in 2008 because it just fits my foot and my running style so well. So I thought that these lighter racing shoes would be a great next step for me. Unfortunately, the sizing is just slightly off from that of the Trainers in that the toe box is a bit more snug at the same size, so order 1/2 size up. Once corrects for Nike's inconsistency these shoes are just like the Lunar Trainer only lighter.

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to widthI'm a slight pronator and have a decent sized frame, so I was worried about getting a shoe with so little cushioning or motion control, and about using a 'racing' shoe to train. But they're amazing; on the first run they were so light they felt like I was running in those toe socks. (And it was so strange to run without all the stability assistance; my ankles and random parts of my feet were really sore the next day.) I've had them for about two months now, run in them three times a week (b/w 5-8 miles a run) and I'm a total convert. My stride form has improved, and my knees feel great. I don't love the flashiness of them, or that big Nike swoosh, but whatever; they have been great shoes so far.

I have a pair of Livestrong Lunar Trainers and was getting close to my 800 mile limit per pair of shoes. I saw that these were on sale. These are the lightest shoes I've ever worn, and I only wear them on race day. These shoes will lead to a very comfortable ride.

\r\nUnbelievable support for a racing flat! I\'ve run 5k\'s to marathons in this shoe! Super lightweight, breathable and last much longer than the dozens of Mayflys I\'ve burnt through.

These are amazingly light race shoes. Very comfortable. Just took 1 short run to break them in. These shoes run a little small so order a half size larger than normal. Relative to normal running shoes, they may feel tight initially as the last is narrow, but you\'ll enjoy the glove-like feel once they\'re broken in.

This is a great racing flat. This is not a shoe for a beginner runner, or a heavier runner. Be around 170s or less. Also it is not wise to go from a structured running shoe to this one. This is also not a shoe for leisure; it's a specifically designed racing shoe.

Very light and comfortable. I usually wear stability trainers but had no problem using these for a 10K after only one 4 mile run to break them in.

These shoes are like wearing nothing at all. They are so light. I keep them in my gym bag at all times so I can go after work. Sized a little narrow (for me); I am usually a 10 in Nike, and would buy a 10 1/2 in this particular style.

This shoe is the lightest I have ever ran in my life. The quality is flawless and leaves your feet feeling good after a great workout. I highly commend these shoes and such a great price for the value received.
