I wasn't crazy about the quality of the sneakers. My daugher wore them maybe 5 times and a plastic piece came off the bottom. It was on the bottom so not a big deal but from Nike I usually expect better. Zappos shipping and return policy is outstanding customer service. Anytime I am looking for shoes I shop here first!

Do not buy these shoes! The white decorations on the bottom of the shoes feel off the first time my kid wore them. Zappos sent a replacement pair (thank you) and the same thing happened again. For such an expensive pair of shoes, they should have survived more than one wearing.

Do not order! I ordered these for my daughter, she wore them 4 times and the squares on the bottom of the soles starting falling off one by one. Cute shoes but ridiculous how cheaply made they are!

First of all, the customer service with Zappos is superb. Unlike any other company I've ever ordered from online. Friendly staff, timely delivery, all of that was wonderful. And these shoes are actually very comfortable. I love the hot pink an I always get compliments. I wear them almost every day to the gym and they have held up so nicely over the past almost 2 months I've had them. So happy!

Wonderful shoe for my daughter. She has a very narrow heel and this shoe doesn't slip up and down. It also has a lot of support and is lightweight. I love Zappos, they always have so many shoes and sizes in stock!

We bought these shoes for our daughter to use for indoor soccer practice. They fit her well and she says they are really comfortable. She loves them so much she's wearing them everywhere. They look really cute on her feet, and have a great girly feel with the pink logo and bottom. I'll probably need to buy her a second pair just for soccer practice, since she's wearing the first pair everywhere.

My 5 year old daughter has only had these for a month now, but they do still look new. I chose the grey because it is the same color as dirt and I also heavily Scotchguarded the shoes before I let her wear them for the first time. You can feel that these shoes are very durable quality and they fit her pretty comfortably. I'd say her feet are a bit wide, but not wide enough to seek out wide width shoes, so we went with the regular width and they are working out great... I would buy these same shoes again!

Sturdy shoes with good supportability and no side rocking. Arches are non- existent but put in heel cup and arch supports for my little 5k runner in training. She loves the style color so willing to do the extra work to make her comfy and stylish at the same time. Wears them every day.

The shoes are great and service from Zappos is excellent. For the last three years I buy most of our Nike products from Zappos always have variety to choose from and always have sizes. Plus I love the overnight shipping for VIP.

These shoes were exactly what I was expecting. My daughter loves them. They are extremely light and comfortable. The size and colors are exact. The price was great. I got free shipping and the shoes still got to us in about a week. I was impressed. I'll definitely use Zappos again.
