My son loves this shoe. Nice fit, true to size and he has a wide foot. Just as attractive in person and on his foot as it appears here in the Zappos store. Nike makes some quality shoes that really hold up to what rough, tough and very active little boys can dish out! Highly recommended.

I always order my son's shoes from Zappos because wides are so hard to find. I ordered these instead of the New Balance that I usually order and these have held up so much better! We love them!

Wonderful shoes. My son has very wide feet, and it is so hard to find shoes that don't hurt his feet. Up to this point I have only been able to get him Puma's (which are wonderful shoes, but only one type gets old), but now with these shoes we know that Nike's in a wide work perfectly for him. He loves them, they cradle his feet, and don't weigh him down. They also have wonderful arch support which is more important than most people think when looking at children's shoes. When he wears them he says he is walking on pillows (which makes me wonder if I need to wash my pillows more).

These shoes lasted an entire school year on my seven year old son! They totally held up. I am very impressed with the quality of this shoe. The only complaint I had was that even though I ordered a wide, they still squeezed my son's feet.

I bought these shoes for my son and he loves them. He says they are very comfortable. He wears a wide width and I can always count on Zappos to have them. The retailers in our highly populated area do not carry wide width children's shoes. I'd rather shop at Zappos anyway!

These are sturdy, good shoes. I ordered them for my son's preschool graduation as they needed all black shoes, and these were comfortable for him and still fulfilled the all-black requirement. They ran just a tad small in size, so I'd go 1/2 size up from what your child usually wears, but very solid shoe.

These shoes are great - so far my son has had them and they show very little wear and tear (that's a big deal!). The heels on my son's shoes are the first thing to go but so far these shoes have gone a month and still look new.

My 9 year old son is very sensitive to bumps and lumps in his shoes. And has always acted like he was walking on hot coals when he has the least bump/lump. So, if you child does not have this issue then this review will not apply. These are really great looking shoes and first tried them at Kohls in a reg width, but tight in toe was the report. That is when I discovered Zappos (I'm now a customer for life!). Anyway it is impossible to get wide shoes at the store - so I ordered and hoped that would solve the problem. But it was a no go - he still said the toe area was tight.
