My daughter wears a brace on one foot and we had great success with another nike advantage style so when that one was no longer available in her size we tried this one. I ended up going up a half size because it seems a little narrower even in the wide width. Otherwise the shoes are very comfortable and the colors are great. She loves them!

The shoe itself is great: very lightweight (yet sturdy), cleanly styled. My only quibble is with the shoe laces: they are almost too short to tie regularly (and nearly impossible to double-knot, which is pretty essential when worn by my seven-year-old!). I know I can easily and cheaply swap them out myself, but I shouldn't have to do so.
