As other reviewers pointed out this is very tight feeling and quite hard to put on but feels very snug. Good cushioned padding but still my feet were burning after 15 minutes into my Insanity workout where with other pairs they were not. I think the padding was not enough for plyo shock. Super cool looking though. Love the colors.
I'd also recommend: Nike Flex Trainer 3

These are great shoes for walking, the casual gym goer or for someone who doesn't do a lot of lateral movements (bootcamp or step classes). I do a lot of different types of workouts so I need a shoe that provides stability during lateral movements and this shoe definitely does not have it. Doing walking lunges (or even static ones) is almost dangerous because your foot slides off the shoe bed, which can mess up your knees. Now I just wear them for doing upper body weights or cardio on the machines. I got the black & turquoise and love the color combo. The new cushion Nike is using in this shoe feels like a Tempurpedic mattress, which is awesome but also somehow means you must wear very thin socks. I got a size 6, which fit perfect but I have to wear the thinnest athletic socks possible.

On previous reviews I saw that these shoes run small, so I ordered them a size larger. It didn't help. They were very small, even with the extra room, my toes hit the front of the toe of the shoe which was hard and not padded. The insole was very comfortable and plush, but left the shoe feeling more like a straight jacket than a running shoe. Overall I was not impressed.

This shoe is super comfy! I ordered the orange/red/turquoise color combo and looks great. I ordered my normal size and there is a lot of room in the toe so I suggest going a half size down. I'm debating if I should keep or not because the size I need is not available. All in all I would purchase this shoe again!

I found these sneakers to be extremely comfortable, however, they do not last. I wear mine to work starting October 2012 and by December 2012, both pairs had started to come off the seams at the sides of the toe box where the mesh attaches to the plastic thingy in the front of the sneakers. I bought another pair in January of 2013 and same thing happened by March of this year. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this. I own a pair of the style preceding this one which had a tougher meshing material that I use for working out, running errands and they are still intact and feel like they will last a long time. So much for an upgrade. Also, the color combos of the previous style are so much better in my opinion. I contacted Zappos and they have no problem issuing a refund, how fantastic is that?
