The Nike Highwire Slides are pretty comfortable. I have no complaints on these (black and white), although I probably would have preferred to have a strap on the top part of the sandal. It's a good buy though, and Zappos delivered it next day! Wonderful sandal and wonderful company (Nike and Zappos both)!

Liked the design and style but top stretches so your foot slides forward and toes go off tip of shoe.
Brands I'd also recommend: Reef (particularly like beer cap opener on bottom shoes)
