I dislocated my ankle and broke all 3 bones back in December. Since then it has been a struggle to fine shoes/sneakers that are comfortable and supportive. The Flex 2012 has been great for both. I am not a runner but I do walk several miles with my dogs. The cushioning is wonderful along with the great arch support. I liked this shoe so much I bought another pair shortly after I purchased the first pair. So, if you are looking for arch support, cushioning and good support, these shoes are for you.

I tried on about 13 pairs of running shoes at a store and these were the most comfortable ones. I also chose these because from all the light-weight shoes they had most cushioning support and felt most comfy. My second choice would have been Nike Air Max Run Lite 3. They had even more support, but were a little bit heavier and not that flexible. I wear size 38 - 39 in EU and 8 - 8.5 in US. I got these in 8.5 even though it said that it's 40 in EU. They fit perfectly.
I'd also recommend: Nike Air Max Run Lite 3

I absolutely love the color (prism blue/Italy blue). I have received many compliments. These are great shoes for the gym, classes or running. They give you the light on your feet feeling. I usually wear Asics to run, but these are good all-around shoes for the gym.
I'd also recommend: Asics Gel Kayano 18, Nike free run+2

Wonderful shoes, they look great on. Very stylish and the blue is a beautiful color. They are so light, I feel like I am hardly wearing them at all. The sole is a bit too soft for spinning - not enough support, but they are great shoes for running and other workouts.
