I have purchased this backpack several times previously in different colors. Great bag, wears very well! But the service I received from Zappos is hands down the most outstanding! I have ever had! I ordered this bag last night CST at 9:07pm and received email confirmation that it had shipped at 10:42am Central and it arrived in my office at 10:52am! Now that is some serious service! Love, love, love Zappos VIP!

Perfect size for basketball gear. Zappos always delivers quickly, but this time delivered in less than 24 hours - amazing! I don't order from anywhere else if I don't have to.

My son loves this bag! He plays soccer and basketball and I wanted to get a bag that could hold his ball and is breathable for when his not so nice smelling equipment is in there. I was a little worried about the mesh tearing and not holding up because my son uses it on a daily basis. Well, one year later it's still in great condition and he gets so many compliments from kids and parents! I bought it in red and now the red and black. Zappos is #1 in my book!

Backpack is awesome! Absolutely the best backpack I have ever had. It allows your dirty gym clothes to breathe and it is unreal how much stuff you can fit in the pack. I recommend this to everyone!

Shoulder strap clip broke the second time I used the bag so now I can only carry it on one shoulder. Disappointed and not up for the hassle of a return.
