Just got these in 4E width, as I have really wide feet, and they are great. Straight out of the box, probably one of the most comfortable cushioned shoes I have had yet. I had the Pegasus+ 25 version before these and those were great too, so I'm hoping these will last a while like the old ones have. It doesn't hurt that the color scheme and design look awesome too.

These kicks will leave your feet wondering why you have been subjecting them to such low quality shoes for so long. There is just enough cushion and give in them, not too much nor too little, it is just perfect. These shoes are recommended for people who have low arches in their feet and I must fit into that category because it seems like these shoes were custom made just for me! Thanks Nike for creating an awesome shoe and Zappos for providing it for a great price!

Some of the most comfortable running shoes I've ever worn. My feet are AAA width so very happy that these B width were able to fit. Just ran a 10K on a hot day, feet felt great. Great value for money. Love Zappos free shipping both ways and excellent customer service if something is not right.

Even though I don't do a lot of online ordering, I can't imagine an easier web site to work through than Zappos. Product descriptions and photos are right on. Get this - I placed my order on Monday at 8PM. I received it the next day at 2PM!

I tried this shoe as a replacement for the air max moto +8 which was a good shoe except that the sole wore out after about 150 miles of walking. This shoe not withstanding previous positve reviews was a total disappointment. The sizing is off, but more importantly this shoe is totally lacking in support. It is very soft and the extremely beveled crash pad does not correctly support your heel. This shoe may be appropriate for a very lightweight individual, but not for larger/heavier person. I have gone back to Brooks. They know how to make a quality product that provides both cushioning and proper support.

I recently bought the Nike Air Pegesus+ 28. I casually run an average of 20 miles a week with 8 miles maximum in one day. I have had several leg and knee injuries before so I really need runners with superior cushioning. I have owned five pairs of previous models of the Air Pegasus+ including the Nike Air Max Moto+ 7, the Nike Air Max 2010, the Asics GEL-Cumulus 11s, and a few pairs of older Adidas ClimaCool, but this shoe is by far the best running shoe I have ever owned. Putting on the shoes I immediately noticed an enhanced feeling of comfort on my feet: great cushioning and padding without feeling heavy or bulky. The cushioning in the Nike Air Pegasus+ 28 is exceptional. They feel like I have two pillows strapped to my feet when I run. The addition of the Flywire material to the sides on this year model makes the shoes feel sturdier, but not so constricting as too cut off blood circulation like in some shoes. The new Fitsole2 inserts provide better arch support and fit then its predecessors. The waffle pattern on the bottom on the recent Pegasus lines; is absolutely the best I have experienced amongst any of the major brands. The traction is unparalleled. I run on the road, sidewalk, and treadmill without fear of slippage or loss of power. I even run them in the rain without worry. I especially like that they are not a narrow shoe and are true to fit. I have a wider foot than most runners and have had problems with narrow running shoes like the top end Nike Air Max 2010. The Pegasus+ cover the entire soles of my feet without parts slipping off the footbed. I would highly recommend them for runners with mildly under pronated to mildly over pronated gaits, who are looking for a great cushioning shoe with superior traction, good weight, and excellent fit. It is not the cheapest Nike cushioning model, but it is still much cheaper than the top end models and offers better performance in my opinion.

2nd pair of Pegasus that I've owned and the shoe really is a fantastic running and training shoe. I trained and ran the Baltimore Marathon on a pair last year and plan to use these and my Free+2's to train for this year's marathon. The nice thing about the Pegasus is they are comfortable and the design is plain enough that they can be worn around casually as well unlike some other running shoes that have crazy colors that stand out.

Nike Air Pegasus is the quintessential running shoe. It's exactly what a runner (with no specific problems) needs (no more, no less). Never get blisters and love the neutral cushioning (just enough for comfort but can still "feel the road"). And the price is great!

I wear an Narrow and it is almost impossible to find an athletic shoe that isn't white or black. This, like all Air Pegasus, fits well. I wear orthotics so I don't know about the support.

Been wearing Air Pegasus for years, wish they would quit changing features every year. Loved the +27, hate the +28, way too soft and mushy. Mine are going in the trash.

At 6'3" and 200 lbs., I want a lot of cushioning in my running shoes to protect my joints. Nikes seem to fit my foot best, and these feel the most cushioned to me of all the Nike models (and I've tried most of them). Best for those with a neutral gait. I'm not a big fan of the styling of this model, but the fit and cushion are more important than the look to me. I hope Nike keeps producing the Pegasus line for many years to come.

Awesome shoes. Very comfortable from the first day! I have read about the Pegasus for a while, but always went for nicer looking shoe. I have finally grown up and went for true comfort. I will never go back!
