This is a very comfortable shoe with great lateral support and a lot of cushioning, the arch support is fairly minimal. I see some have said it is heavy but I compared it to a pair of lunarswifts I have and they seem about the same to me. They are clearly designed for light running or general training/exercise activities. The biggest issue to me is the shoe is a half size too big - I always wear a 10 (and sometimes 10.5) in Nikes and in this shoe the 10 was enormous so I had to return it for a 9.5.

As with most Nike trainers this have great lateral support. I like the look and they quite comfortable. A little on the heavy side compared to running shoes. If anything I would say they feel slightly wider than your average Nike.

This is an incredible shoe. It's looks are very pleasing to the eye, it's durable, perfect for weight training, running, or any other physical activity. And I have never felt a more comfortable shoe. It's like walking on memory foam. These shoes are wonderful.

The shoes look great, feel terrible. They are heavy, the side decorations dug into my feet. They're not very flexible. For this price I was hoping for a lot better feeling shoe. I'm sending them back; they are a horrible shoe.
