I always run in a Nike Air Max, and have for many years now. I sometimes go through two or more pairs in a season, since I run on pavement and usually every day. So yes, I consistently have ordered this shoe and loved it. This year's model, however, is somehow a different feel and does not work for me at all. I agree with other reviews that something has changed and not for the better. They are stiff and don't seem to offer as much bounce or support. I am really sorry to not have a reliable pair of running shoes that I can just order without worrying about. They are going back.

Compared to my older, 2011-ish, Nike Air Max, the 2013 version offers no support. When I put on my older pair, I am walking on air. I am actually bouncing--there is so much padding. I am disappointed that the 2013 version does not offer that level of support. The shoes are still comfortable and are definitely stylish, but do not hope for much if you wear them for working out.

Nice shoes. Blue is deep royal -- love it! Bought a pair for my 12 year old daughter who normally prefers Shox and a 2nd pair for myself in black. Great for everyday shoes. Does come up a little high on ankle, but softened up after a week of workouts. I have narrow feet & like how the laces are wider on these so there is a good spread in the laces so my feet appear wider.

I have never in my life had shoes as comfortable as these! 100% worth the money! This style ran true to size for me unlike most other Nikes which run 1/2 size small. I love these shoes! I bought them strictly to work out. I'm not usually a daytime tennis shoe girl, but I have actually found myself wearing them all the time. I love these shoes and Zappos!

I love these! The blue is a deep royal. I have a narrow foot with high arches and these shoes work great.
I'd also recommend: Asics
