Very uncomfortable! I love Nike brand and Nike shoes but these shoes are not in line with Nike standards in my opinion. Very tight and the back of the shoes comes up to my ankle. I could not get them off quick enough after a 4 mile walk!

Purchased for daughter and she loves them! There was no break-in time, purchased just prior to a Lake Placid hiking trip. Ordered the 9, usual size is 8.5 but know Nikes run small. Felt true to width.

I bought these shoes initially because they looked comfy for walking and were stylish. They were so comfy, however, that they had to become my trail running shoes - what they were made for. So, now I think I'm going to buy a second pair for walking.

This is a good shoe. The band in the inside definitely gives a level of support that many other shoes lack. However, the shape of the toe box is less than comfortable. I ordered the 7.5 in a wide, and I don't like the fact that part of the upper hangs over the sole, as if they made the upper wide on the same sole. Thus, it is not a great shoe. It is good, but I've done better. I purchased these, and the New Balance 626 Wide at the same time, with the plan to keep only one and the New Balance 626 has a more comfortable toe box and forefoot flex, and the sole is adjusted to accommodate the wide upper. Not only that, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the New Balance 626 was assembled in the United States, and well, that made the decision to keep the NB 626s over the Nikes that much easier. These are going back.

Perfect shoe for me to work in. I like darker shoes that don't show dirt, but this also has a feminine touch with the pink swoosh. Nikes are always great!

My first trail running shoes. These were a vast improvement over the shoes I'd worn previously while running on a dirt road. These were like magic. It took a few days to break in, as the back of the shoe pinched my Achilles' heel, but after less than a week, they fit like magic. I love these shoes and will buy Nike trail runners again.

This is the most amazing shoe ever! I wear them to work every day and stand 9 hours. I also wore them for sightseeing at Niagara Falls on foot. They feel true to size with plenty of room in the footbed. They are also really pretty!

I've been buying the Alvord style Nikes for many years. Now Nike has decide to add a piece of fabric that runs from the arch to the tongue of the shoe and it rubs my arch, very annoying. I will not buy any more shoes with this piece of fabric sewn into the shoe. Very dissapointed.

I like these shoes and use them as a turf shoe for softball instead of cleats. The shoe is light and flexible.

These shoes are out-of-the-box comfortable and have amazing stability and support for such a light shoe. This is my second pair, and I do not think I will ever go back to my old brand of running shoes. They run a tad narrow. I am a medium width, but had to go up half a size. They are also great in rain, mud, and even snow. It takes effort to get your feet wet in these shoes!

Loved the shoe...got it so quickly! Be careful, it does run a little small! Usually need an 8 1/2 had to return to get a 9. Returns are easier on here than any site I have ever used!

These are great sneakers! I wear women's size 12 and for years, I have sadly bought men's sneakers. Now that manufacturers are producing large sized sneakers, I was on a quest to find fashionable women's workout sneakers. I tried Asics 2170 but they looked so much better online and seemed huge. These Nikes are so nice and comfortable! Another reviewer mentioned that they made her feet look small. They really do! Zappos is the place to purchase shoes.
