Has a rain resistant type fabric on it. I had a pair previously and wore them until I couldn't anymore. These are taking longer to break in and I have rubbed a blister on the back of one of my feet. I think it's the fabric that is causing it a longer break in period. Other than that, everything is still good for me.

Great looking shoe. Excellent design and capable of standing up to outdoor activities. Shoe requires quite a long break in period. The material over the toe box is very stiff and when you step, and the material breaks, it digs into your toes quite a bit. But after a handful of days of wear, it does get better and go away.

Very solid shoe. I have worn these in the Brazilian Amazon, and my feet have not gotten wet, albeit I wear my boots when it really pours. Very satisfied with speed of delivery from Zappos and overall customer service.
