My college student son loves these. He wore one pair all fall and had to replace them in late March. He was delighted he could replace one pair with another (the last pair was black and red; this is just black). He loves shoes that you don't have to tie. I don't think he plays basketball in them as he has a pair of much more supportive shoes for basketball. We bought the second pair at Zappos and got a good price relative to what we paid for the first pair.

Love these with my skinny jeans. The material is high quality leather in a deep navy hue, but I love the gold swoosh the most. They're a little stiff at first and fit true to size.

My son loves these shoes. Bought to wear with jeans for a vacation but they look good with everything. There is no arch support which he needs so these will be used for going out, not for sports.

The shoes look nice and seem well-made. The laces are way too short for the shoes though and only have about 4 inches left for tying.
