I first bought a size 12 for my son but they were cut small. I called customer service and they sent me a size 13 that day they arrived in one day. The 13 fit great and we free shipped the 12 back. These shoes are great. And Zappos is the best all around place to shop for shoes. Great job guys.

These are very nice looking skate shoes. They are well built with quality materials, and durably stitched. They feel a little stiff and a little narrow for my wide foot just out of the box. I expect they will relax with time.
