"I have been a customer of Zappos for 2.5 yrs. I can honestly say you guys have the customer service that is everyone else should strive to rival. I am amazed at how fast you all can ship this stuff out. I just ordered some boots at 2:45 pst and they and there they are at the door 25 hrs later. Now I know what Santa Claus does the rest of the year...He delivers for Zappos! "
