I needed a pair of black leather casual shoes. I ordered 2 pair for comparison. The pair that I kept are excellent and there is enough room to easily accommodate my orthotics. I returned the alternate pair. No hassle, as the return paperwork was easily printed from the website. Zappos immediately confirmed the receipt of the return and my credit card has been credited. The emails confirming the shipping and return make for fun reading. Love your customer service. Love the product.

I really like these shoes. I have ordered many and have had to return them all...until this pair. I have painful arches & shins. Finding a pair I can workout in has been great & as badly as I want to wear them outside I won't...until I order a second pair. Great support & comfort.

Great all around trainer. Lightweight, true to size and comfortable, with good support. It won out over numerous pairs I tried from several other brands, most of which had support issues. This is my second pair of New Balance athletic shoes and I've become a fan.

I love these shoes! They are so comfortable! I had been wearing Nikes before, but decided to try New Balance shoes on a recommendation from a family member. These shoes fit so much better and are great for working out or every day wear.

These are good shoes, and buying my size is hard due to my shoe size and width. I am glad that Zappos not only carries the shoes that I like, but also carries my size and width.
