I have a wide foot and wear insoles, which makes shoe buying a challenge. These shoes do everything I need them to - they hug the heel while allowing ample room for toes and the front of the foot. My last pair, NB660, gave me blisters and made me doubt the brand. These restored my faith in NB. And Zappos delivery was as speedy as always.

I love these shoes! I've had trouble in the past finding a good fit. In some shoes, my feet are straighter than the shoes curve. In others, I'd have to go with wide for my toes and have too much wiggle in the heel area. New Balance shoes feel like they're made just for me. There is plenty of room in the toe box without the heel area feeling too loose. They are comfortable and supportive straight out of the box. I will never go back to any other brand!

There was no way that I can find wide sizes here in our place in HI but because of Zappos, I had a chance to have my true size to fit especially during summer, my feet are swelling. I appreciate it that you make it available.

I need a basically white shoe for work. Earlier similar New Balance shoes were comfortable, durable and a good value for the price. So far I'm equally happy with these. Kudos to Zappos shipping again - ordered these late in the day and had them the following afternoon.

These are very comfortable. I have never had trouble with any pairs of New Balance shoes that I have bought through the years. I have had four back sugeries and really have to watch that there is a good arch. These are an awesome shoes for your back.

Very nice shoes, no breaking in time - they were comfy straight from the box. I liked the fact that they weren't so garish looking too, unlike so many athletic shoes these days.

Not always easy to find a narrow & affordable athletic shoe. So was thrilled that Zappos offers New Balance in narrow widths. This is my second pair of this style. Arrived very quickly! Great experience - I'll shop here again!

I love the comfort and support from these New Balance Tennies. I would change the sticthing around the toes as that tends to rub my toes and not in a good way. Overall these are very nice comfortable shoes.

Snug but comfy. Not sure it's quite a half size smaller than marked, but prepare to wear a thin sock! I tried on several pairs and this was the most comfortable for my narrow in the ankle but wide at the toes shaped foot.

Very comfortable shoe, inexpensive but stylish. Needed a leather sneaker for cross training, this one works well, fits well and is a great shoe.
