I ordered my first pair of shoes from Zappos at the recommendation of a relative. She told me how easy and efficient the whole process was and I must agree. Ordering was quick and easy and the shoes fit perfectly. They came in just a few days. I would definitely order again from Zappos.

I have worn these shoes for several years now, and ordered my fourth pair from Zappos. They are very cushy and I like the higher ankle support for the gym. Initially I ordered what was supposedly the same shoe, but the model # was different. They were hugely wide in the heel even though they were supposed to be narrow; I returned them. So, I looked in my old shoes and made sure I ordered the exact same model (located in the tongue of the shoe). They are perfect! I love Zappos!

Great shoe. Just bought a 2nd pair (9-1/2 W) for my partner, who says the fit is great and shoes are wonderful to play pickleball in or stroll around town. We chose the 608 based on user reviews that said the shoe was superior to subsequent changes, and are very happy with them. And Zappos had them at our door the next day!
This is just one of the many pairs of shoes I have purchased from Zappos. As usual, I am completely satisfied with them. I love shopping at Zappos.
Other Brands Recommended by Reviewer: Birkenstocks, Clark\'s, Converse. Any kind I have purchased I like.

I have been wearing New Balance sneakers for years in a D width. However, these sneakers are tight on my left foot and not comfortable when I wear them for long periods of time. I am disappointed--sneakers should not have to be broken in to feel comfortable.

Finally, after no luck finding my size 5 shoe in stores, all I need to do is send out an e-mail from "Zappos" and, presto, my great fitting shoes arrive in the mail. This is what happiness is made of.

I have dealt with Zappos for some time and have always had great service. Since my shoes are hard to fit, I have had to return a few pair and have never had a problem doing so. I buy most of my shoes at Zappos. New Balance are among the few shoes that fit me.

I really enjoy New Balance work out shoes and particular the 608. Good support when exercising. I have to remember that when you order wide they stretch. Next time I would order mediums.

A super athletic friend told me that the New Balance WX608 are the way to go for a great walking shoe. I went onto Zappos, looked for the sneaker, yep, it was in stock. Compared prices, price was great. I placed my order because A) I know it ships so fast and for free, B) if it did not fit I could send it back just as fast. Shoes arrived in record speed, great fit, true to size and oh so comfortable! I am thrilled with my purchase. I love Zappos. I buy from them all the time and have never been disappointed.

I ordered these shoes and love them. They are my fourth pair of the same model of New Balance, and I just love them. Comfortable! And they last over a year with walking more than three miles a day on dirt roads. I just wish there were a way to keep them white!

No arch support! My best friend swears by New Balance shoes, and I've always had good luck with New Balance in the past, so I ordered these for myself. I was disappointed when I tried them on to find they had NO arch support. Not only did it feel like my feet were standing flat on the ground, but the sides of my foot were pinched. I have slightly wider than average fronts of my feet, but a normal heel width, so I have to get average width to make sure the heels don't slip. I really wish these would have worked for me.
I have had several pair of the New Balance WX608\r\nShoes. I wear Orthodics and these shoes work great for me. They are very comfortable and wear\r\nvery well. I really appreciate the easy ordering\r\nand quick shipping. Thanks\r\n\r\n

Great shoes. I am about to order my 5th or 6th pair of these shoes. I have orthotics from the podiatrist and they lift my heel up just enough so they slip out of most shoes. These shoes, however, come up higher around the ankle so they stay on better and my heel doesn't slip. I dread the day they quit making this particular shoe because it works great for me. I do have to order a wide in New Balance and I don't usually wear a wide in other shoes. This is true for all New Balance, not just this shoe.

Too hot to handle -
Good looking shoe, but toe box is too tight. The medium width too tight, the wide width too loose and the worst of it is the shoe is so hot; I had to take them off after 20 minutes.

A narrow shoe is difficult to find. I have had New Balance athletic shoes before but when I ordered a different style last year they didn't fit properly. I was so glad to find this cross-trainer as it fit great and was just what I was searching for. They were comfortable to wear all day the first day. WX608 -
This shoe is a replacement of my old 600 which I actually like a bit more. The 608 give me support and cushioning, but it seems a bit wider than the 600.
