I love this shoe and just ordered my second pair of New Balance 927's but this time I ordered the black. When my feet don't hurt I am happy and content and these work for me. Ordered my usual size which is a 9 2A and no pain at all. Out of the box and onto the walking trail. Happy, happy, happy customer.

I usually buy the 840 series walking shoe but had to stop when New Balance starting marking that shoe a 1/2 size smaller. The 927 has a significantly higher heel and is not comfortable to walk in. A real disappointment!

The old style WW927 I have had for 3 years could go to store or order online never had a problem. The new style I was disappointed in because when I recieved my shoes I put them on and after a couple of days could not figure out way they hurt my toes so bad, measured them with the old style and they were at least an inch smaller. Needless to say I am pretty upset.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I bought them about 3 years ago because I'm a late-in-life returning college student. I've put many miles on these shoes, both at school and on my neighborhood walks. They fit beautifully, and have worn very well. In fact, they have very little tread wear on them. They'll go strong for quite a while more. They are worth every cent.

I found these walkers in a foot specialist catalog and after reading the description, decided to see if Zappos sold them. They did, and for less than what the catalog had listed. What sparked my attention was that they were designed for people with low/no arches and helped prevent over-pronation. They have very wide bottoms compared to other athletic shoes I\'ve owned. They have a spacious toe box area and plenty of cushioning. I highly recommend them if you have low or no arches and want a comfortable walker.

This shoe is not much to look at but I have to say it's like walking in thick socks. It's super comfy. It's not attractive on the foot. The leather looks like faux leather, although I think it's real. I ordered the EE width and it is very generous. I loved the nice wide toe box. It runs a 1/2 size larger than the typical NB shoe. It's a very comfortable shoe, but may not be the best choice for those who prefer a more supportive, structured shoe. A little too matronly for me [even for working out] so they went back. Maybe these are intended for someone who works on their feet all day? They would be perfect for that use!

I bought these shoes at the suggestion of a pedorthist because of my long-term problems with plantar fasciitis. These shoes are just as ugly as they appear online. They have not helped my feet at all, but then again, nothing I have tried has, so perhaps my experience is unique.

Most comfortable pair of walking shoes I have ever had on my feet. The only complaint I have is that the shoe strings were too long and I had to replace them.

These are comfortable shoes, but the heel is a little too big, but the width of the shoe is great. My only problem I have with this shoe is that it wasn't wide enouth on the INNER width. My big toe was rubbing up against the shoe for awhile until the leather stretched. Its a good quality shoe, soft leather, and I like the fact that it has a thick sole. It is also true to size.

I was originally skeptical about these shoes. I loved the 926\'s, but they were being phased out and this shoe was the replacement. I\'ve been wearing them for a week now and they fit just as well as my old shoes! I have wide feet with high arches and I try to walk about 20 miles a week. These shoes seem to fit just as well and I can wear my inserts with them. My only beef is that I wish the tongue didn\'t stick out quite so far when they are tied.

Bought these for my mother and she loves em. The picture doesn't do them justice. The leather looks a lot better in person. She volunteers in a hospital and she says they are like walking on air.

These shoes are wonderful! Spacious toe box. Great for a foot which has had 2 surgeries. I am on my feet all day and I really appreciate the comfort they provide. Not too stylish, but very comfortable right of the box. A great walking shoe for someone with problem feet. Orthotics fit in just fine.

I purchased these for my young grandson with a size 14. He just loves them. He said they fit perfect and at the end of the day his feet do not have an odor and feels as if he just put them on. He is happy with my choice, thus I am happy also. It is tough to take a young boy to a shoe store and not be able to fit him with a shoe that looks his age. These can be worn by him as well as grandpa and look nice on both (different size of course). We will be back for more.
