I am very satisfied with these shoes. I was looking for a comfortable walking shoe with good support to wear throughout the day. These shoes are lightweight and very comfortable. I like the overall style of the shoe, too. Although I often wear a medium in other shoes, I found the wide width felt best in this shoe. I also went to the next half size in length to accommodate a sock and give me adequate toe room. Zappos has provided wonderful service.

My New Balance Athletic shoes were exactly what I was shopping for and I ordered from Zappos knowing that hassle free exchanges were a snap if size or anything else was wrong. I have ordered from Zappos several times, exchanged a few purchases for various reasons and give Zappos the highest rating for quality and most of all for customer satisfaction.

I have a wide foot and have been purchasing New Balance for many years because they offer shoes in widths. I could not even fit my foot into the narrow fitting 8W size out of the box. Returned and looking for a new company that offers a real wide size. But thanks Zappos!

I've worn NB for years and I usually love them. I walk 5-7 miles a day. Although these shoes are comfortable enough for normal, everyday activity they weren't comfortable for longer, faster walks. I was afraid that would be the case since they are under my budget they no longer sell the style I used to get so I thought I'd give them a try. Live and learn. Thank God for Zappos easy return policy.

This is the first pair of New Balance that I have purchased that I have been disappointed after purchasing. Runs narrow and the tongue is very narrow. I have purchased less expensive shoes in this line with better results.

I was trying to order wide shoes to alleviate some pain across the toe joint area, but these did not feel even as wide as my current wide pair. I think they are mismarked.
