Good shoe for those of us with bunions and a wide forefoot. This shoe has plenty of room for your toes, and is adjustable because of the Velcro closures. I was tired of re-tying the laces on my walking shoes - these closures work easily and quickly.

This is quite possibly the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned! I'm on my feet 8+ hours a day so I require a lot from my shoes. I have a very wide foot and these (in 7.5 extra wide) are very true to size. I bought a pair of New Balance lace-ups but I like these better - more comfortable fit around the ankle and more convenient with the velcro straps.

Perfect shoe especially for teaching and having to stand for long time frames. Zappos again did an excellent job with service & delivery. I have worn these for about a month now and they are very comfortable and easy to get on and off. Construction of shoe is well made and support is great. I wish they came in dark brown.

This is the upgrade of WW811. Not good. Something about it turned my big toe purple. Either it's shorter than 811, or the seam across the top of the toe is in the wrong place. I will be returning them.

My podiatrist recommended these shoes, following a stress fracture that required a walking boot. Although they are not the prettiest shoes to wear at work, in black you only see the toes anyway and they are simple...so look great. Comfortable and support. Doctor gave me a special insert to wear, so can't comment on arch support.

Unfortunately, the heel is too wide and no matter how tight I cinch the straps, my heel is moving. I wonder whether it is truly made as a women's shoe or if they are trying to get away with a men's pattern. Also, I guess I should not have been surprised, but the velcro straps do not secure the shoe on the foot as securely as laces usually do.

This is the second pair of these I've had, and they're great! I use them for hiking, treadmill, and travel. The velcro makes them so easy for removal while traveling when visiting temples, etc. The strap never slip, and there's good arch support.

My third pair of New Balance shoes. The first one was the regular tie and the second one was the hook and loop. They are the just about most comfortable shoes I've ever owned from the first day they are put on.

If it fits your foot this is probably a great shoe. The toe box is roomy. Unfortunately, I couldn't adjust the velcro so that my heel didn't slip up and down, so they're going back. Also, I've noticed that I have to order a half size larger in New Balance shoes. I love Zappos return service! So easy.
