When I tried them on I thought I found the perfect shoe - and I did - minus any arch support. What is in its place was a thin flat liner. So, I went in the closet and took the arch support out of a pair of NB WW866 and it was perfect! I wish Zappos would have had another pair and I wish NB would take advice - put arch support like your 850 and 866 in this shoe and it will be perfect.

I am a nurse and it is very hard to find a shoe you can wear for a 12-hour shift that don't make your feet hurt at the end of the day...'til now! This is the 2nd pair of these I've purchased and I will probably never try another! I absolutely love these shoes! They pass the 12-hour shift test with flying colors, and they also donate a portion of the purchase to breast cancer research! Win-Win! Thanks Zappos!

I have very wide feet 6.5 hard to fine shoes that fit but these feel great in size, but no arch support so I just changed the lining out with another support from another style of New Balance they seem to be the best fit for me.

This is my second pair; also have the black/pink for the winter months. I have bunions and a hammer toe, yet I can still put these on and go right out for my 3-mile walk without having to break them in. New Balance is just the perfect fit for my feet...great value for the price!

I have a very wide foot and some wide width shoes are too narrow and have to be sent back. These shoes were comfortable and wearable as soon as I received them. I liked them so much, I ordered another pair in a different color.
I'd also recommend: I always order New Balance. They fit better than other brands.
