I recently ordered this shoe for my trip out west. We walked on different trails and around town. They were very comfortable, and would highly recommend them. I wear a size 5 so I usually can't find that in stores around here, and been ordering my shoes from Zappos.

Received my N B shoes promptly and after wearing them a day I am very pleased. My feet were supported well and the shoe is comfortable. Shoe is true to size both length and width. Am tempted to order another pair in a size smaller, but these give my toes so much wiggle room, maybe not!

I love these shoes. I ordered them 1/2 size larger than normal, because I have had suede New Balance before and remembered that they ran small, compared to the tennis shoes. They fit great. I am on my feet, outside 8+ hours a day. It is a good shoe in a medium price range.

Love the shoes. These are very comfortable. I bought them to walk in and find myself wearing them almost every day. New Balance has always been a good quality shoe and these are no exception. They are also comfortable for those of us with wide feet. As always, Zappos customer service was excellent and I had my shoes the next day at no cost to me.

I had a pair almost like these and was happy to find the newer version. They are comfortable and fit well for my short wide foot. Nice for exercising and walking; they are going to SE Asia with me for a month.

I was looking for something lightweight but a bit sturdier than a walking shoe, and this fits the bill. And it fits my foot, too. Good support, nice neutral color. I will probably try adding a gel insole if it fits, as there's not a lot of cushioning and I plan to wear these for all day hiking. I have done several hikes and they are comfortable and secure on trails.

I love these shoes! I have hard to fit feet and these feel great! Could use a little more arch support, but that's my only complaint. Plus, the gray color is nice to have something different.

As of today I haven't had a chance to go hiking with these, but they fit wonderfully! I have a really hard time finding shoes that fit my feet well because I have wide feet. New Balance is one of the very few that carry my size shoes (9 1/2 W). I'll definitely be buying these again in the future.

I bought these shoes a half size larger than I usually do and had to add a tongue pad and special insert to one shoe to keep my foot from sliding. On the whole, these are good walking shoes even on rough terrain. They have good support and I like the neutral color and styling.

I received the shoes 2 days after placing my Zappos order. Very prompt.\r\nThe shoe are very comfortable. No need to break them in. I chose the D width to give my toes some wiggle room. The tongue is a little on the short side, but once I\'ve worn the shoes for a while, I don\'t notice.

These are very comfortable and true to size. I love the neutral brown color and they don\'t show dirt. I ordered several pairs of shoes and Zappos shipped them faster than expected and all in one box! I did have to return one pair that didn\'t fit and I just printed off the return slip, sent them back free of charge, and Zappos quickly credited my card. I\'ll be doing business with Zappos again!

Number one, Zappos is an outstanding company, and lives up to it\'s customer service. Recently I purchased this pair of New Balance and in true form they are always comfortable, I like the color. If I were to complain about something it would be the shoe laces, they are very long and don\'t like to stay tied, even when double knotted.

I've always found New Balance to run a little short, so I ordered a half size bigger and went with wide to accommodate a thicker sock. I'm very glad I did this. I usually wear a straight 8B, and the 8.5W is a perfect fit and not at all too wide. These shoes are attractive and super comfortable for hiking or work activities. They are also light considering the amount of material and incredible foot bed. These should last a long time!
