My likes are the lightness of the shoe and the price. The shoe would be better with more cushioning and most important there is no arch support at all. I purchased a half size larger and ordered the wide width and found that the wide felt like a regular B/C width. I also would have liked more room in the toe box.

I wear a 9½ and I always get a 10 in an athletic shoe. This shoe was still too short. This is the second pair of New Balance that have been short. So, no more New Balance for me.

Great fit. I wear a narrow. They are really light, but still supportive. Great for my lunchtime walks at work. I like that they are not white.

Shopping and shipping were the usual Zappos quality. My first pair of New Balance, and they fit great and feel better for the 8 to 12 hours I'm on my feet at work.

Anyone with narrow feet knows that it's virtually impossible to find shoes in the stores, especially athletic shoes. And if you do find them, what some companies call "narrow" are still wide enough for two feet! The NB's fit, they're lightweight, and during my first treadmill workouts they were comfortable, maybe just a wee tad short in the toes which should stretch. I purchased another pair in the grey & turquoise colors and they'll be cute for outdoor walking.

I have a very narrow foot and a narrow heel. This is the the most comfortable athletic shoe I have ever purchased. Snug to the heel and will not cause blisters. I am waiting to purchase another pair. At last, someone has finally made an athletic shoe for narrow feet which is very hard to find. You will love this shoe! Also, lightweight so you don't feel like you're wearing a couple of boats! Thanks New Balance!

I have been unhappy with the shoes, not enough cushion and support, the more expensive shoe are worth the investment. New Balance fits me the best because of my narrow foot.

The best walking shoe! I decided to purchase an actual pair of shoes made just for walking. I read several descriptions on various brands, and finally decided on this one. I have to say that it's one of the best shoe purchases I've ever made, and I promise I'm not being overly dramatic. The shoes are super lightweight and offer comfort around the entire foot - no abrasive areas, no breaking in required. The soft mesh top keeps your feet nice and cool, which is great in maintaining your overall body temperature, and the shoe is bendable in all the right spots, so no blistering. I couldn't be happier. I'd always heard good things about the New Balance brand, and I will definitely continue to use them in the future. I really like the grey and blue color combo on these as well - it's an attractive shoe, and doesn't make your feet look huge or clunky, an added bonus!
