I think these shoes are so cute! They're light weight and comfortable. I ordered them in 11.5W. They tend to feel like they'll slip off my heel but I just tightened the laces. That helped. I like them!

I wanted a comfort shoe to travel with. These were great. I sprayed them with waterproofing and walked through pouring down rain with no problem.

Theses NB crosstrainers not only look stylish but they provide good support especially for classes at the gym. Fit is comfortable with good support so you don't feel like your feet is on the ground. Minor note. I thought the shoelaces were too white and thin so switched them up with a pair of thicker gray shoelaces.

These shoes are amazing! I first saw the ad in my Shape magazine and decided to give them a try. Very comfortable, fits like a glove. I could use another pair in a different color too!

These are comfortable, but I am only using them for walking, not running. They do run a bit large. I am an 8.5, but my right foot is the tiniest bit bigger than my left, so I was looking for something that runs large. Even still, these are almost too roomy for me in the 8.5. They are super light which is great, and have a nice amount of cushioning. I also love the look of the black and pink.

My daughter has a hard time finding cute, wide shoes/sneakers. Usually we can only find plain white or black in our local stores -- so then we turn to Zappos! She loves these sneakers! I love Zappos! We ordered these sneakers one day and received them the very next day! They fit perfectly and my daughter was so happy! Good quality, great color and fit!

Have had these shoes for about a week now, I had to buy a more supportive shoe to wear every day while my feet heal from some injuries due to inflammation. So far these shoes are pretty comfortable, did not need a breaking in period. I don't think they have very good arch support, or maybe the arch support hits my foot too far back, but either way, they are comfortable and can easily walk in them all day. I find that New Balance shoes always run about a half size too small so I ordered up a half size.

I have a difficulty finding shoes in my size (11.5 - 12)along with having recurring issues with my right ankle due to a previous stress fx. These shoes fit true to size although I had to work with the laces to tighten them in the toebox which is a little wide for me. After wearing them for about 2 weeks, I can now say they are truly comfortable and give good support to my ankles. I ordered 6 differnt pairs of shoes until I found these. Thanks to Zappos for offering the free shipping!! That's such a big plus.

Love them! I roll outwards on my ankles and these shoes help stabilize my rolling. I like that the side pattern isn't just mesh but also more aggressive material so the side of my foot stays in place instead of busting through the vulnerable mesh material. Wear them kickboxing and have had my best classes with these!

First I have to say that Zappos is awesome. They said that my shoes would take 3 to 5 days for delivery. Nope, it was more like two. And how can you go wrong with a return policy that is 365 days and pay for the shipping back. That's pretty darn good in my book. These shoes are the lightest I've ever had, just like they said. I like the fact that the arch support is moderate. That works for me. I look forward to ordering again in the future. Thanks Zappos!

I love these running sneakers! I run 3 mi, 4 days/week. They are extremely lightweight and comfortable. They have corrected my underpronation so they are much easier on my calves and ankles than my old pair. Running has become so much easier now!

I have arthritis in the ball joint of my right foot and I walk for miles. I hate running shoes. These are fabulous...so light, but still cushy to walk on. No need to size up for running shoes; plenty of room and they don't make your feet look huge.

I really love these shoes. The top is super soft and breathable so they don't press on the tops of the feet, leaving them sore after wear. I bought them because I'm pregnant and my feet are my wheels in the city. They turned out to be comfortable and cute. The bright / light teal color on the bottom really pops against the gray. New Balance knows what they're doing! Also, I went to a bring and mortar shoe store in NYC to try these on, but the salesman was incredibly rude. I walked out, went home and found them on Zappos (including colors they didn't have in the store). I ordered them at 10pm and received them before noon the following day!

I've had these shoes for about 2.5 weeks now and have put over 15 miles on them. I do love them for just cruising around town when I was breaking them in. They are comfy and lightweight. However, I'm still not convinced they are a great running shoe. The liner seems slippery, it stained my socks with pinkish dots and they gave me blisters on the balls of my feet. I've also been experiencing heel pain since running in these shoes. I'm going to stick it out a bit longer, but so far I don't recommend them as a running shoe.

Fit true to size. Still has that new shoe first time comfort after 2 weeks of running. Notice no wearing down on edges after 2 weeks, usually do. Am ordering another pair tomorrow. Wish they came in all white.
