Since the days of selling arch supports to police officers and waiters, New Balance has been a brand concerned with meeting the needs of the everyday athlete. In pursuing this goal, they developed an "Endorsed By No One" philosophy, which holds that a superior product will sell itself better than any superstar athlete ever could. Part of producing New Balance shoes and athletic clothing is manufacturing it to fit all widths and sizes, because a better fit produces better performance.
To ensure the best fitting, best performing shoes and clothes, New Balance focuses on improving their technology and production methods. A big part of that is maintaining five manufacturing facilities here in the United States where they continue to produce New Balance shoes and apparel that meet the standards they've employed for 100 years. It's a great minimalist running shoe. It's good for running 3-8 miles in. Beyond that, not sure it's going to give the right support for a marathon runner. But it's a cute shoe, it's comfortable, and a good price. I get tons of compliments on them. The color is definitely more of a orange-pink and it's bright, but that's part of why I love them.

What can I say...these are the most comfortable running shoes ever! I wanted to try a light weight shoe for both indoor and outdoor workouts and these are perfect. I feel I can run faster and my legs don't feel weighted down or get as tired. And floor exercises just feel better. I love them so much, I have two pairs! They fit true to size, but I always go a half size bigger when ordering running shoes.

This shoe is great - lightweight, yet ready for whatever you want to do. Run, Walk, Zumba! This is my second pair of New Balance in the 630 series and I will buy more.
I'd also recommend: sole, Orthoheel

I was looking for a new pair of shoes to wear to the gym. I ended up returning these because I hoping they would have a better arch support. The shoes were, however, lightweight which I liked and the color of the shoe is pretty accurate but a little brighter in person.
