I'm training for an 8K -- I know it probably sounds lame to all you real runners, but for a total novice it's a beast! I wore these for my workout tonight and I was very pleased with them. Very supportive and accommodated my heel orthotics. Also, the pink color makes them a lot of fun. Great shoes and amazing customer service. Well done, as always!

These will be going back. Unfortunately, while it felt like there was fairly good padding along the sole, the padding seems to stop just before your toes so you could virtually feel the floor with your big toe with each step. They are definitely not comfortable enough.

I'm training for an 8K -- I know it probably sounds lame to all you real runners, but for a total novice it's a beast! I wore these for my workout tonight and I was very pleased with them. These will be going back. Unfortunately, while it felt like there was fairly good padding along the sole, the padding seems to stop just before your toes so you could virtually feel the floor with your big toe with each step. They are definitely not comfortable enough.

Great shoes! I have always found that New Balance shoes fit me well because they are plenty wide across the ball of the foot and through the toe box. This pair is no exception. I wanted a relatively inexpensive starter running shoe and these are great. The bright pink is really bright and makes them feel like all of the modern neon shoes without screaming "Look at me!"

These were super comfy....except that one of the plastic-y stripes/straps on the side of the shoe goes right over my bunions. Ouch!

I am pretty heavy and these shoes have good cushioning. I ordered wide width and got plenty of toe space.
I'd also recommend: I like New Balance for my Wide feet.
