I do not know what arch support is but they are comfortable all around, lightweight, and look decent. So they are good shoes.

I really, really like these shoes. They are incredibly light, and feel great. Based on previous New Balance shoes that always seemed more narrow than marked, I ordered wider shoes. For this model, that proved to be a mistake, as they were too wide for me. My heel was slipping all over. In other words, they seem true to size.

I bought these for my 12 year old son. We both really like the looks of them, and my son says that they are comfortable. However, I have noticed that they do not seem as supportive as some other New Balance models. I noticed that he seems to pronate in them.

I purchased these as a Christmas present for my brother. He loves them. He says they are comfortable and lightweight. He's a very casual guy, so he pretty much wears these almost every day.

Nice, comfortable kicks. Don't expect to run much in them, but they're perfect for everything else. I wear them with my scrubs to work. They're a huge improvement over any Nike.
