The best things about New Balance are they have hard to find sizes, mine being 10.5 4E, the sneakers are durable and comfortable. Best on the market.

I have a very short and wide foot. Finding shoes that fit, look good and don't my feet is very hard. The only shoes that I have brought in the past is white or black tennis shoes and my wife wanted something appropriate for winter. These shoes fit, look good and don't hurt my feet and are a home run.

I\'ve bought 608\'s for years. This is the first Version 2 I\'ve tried. The toe is much skinnier.\r\nI\'ve compared them visually with my original 608\'s. My big toe is rubbing. I\'ll send them back and search for something resembling the original 608.

I have been buying the 608 for years because they are simply the most comfortable and supportive sneakers I\'ve owned. This new model is excellent as well, but I think they are a little wider than the original. Zappos was perfect as usual.

Really like the fit of these shoes. The brown suede looks good with blue jeans. The shoes are a little stiff, and not the quietest shoes I\'ve had, bot not that bad. Way better than the last pair of New Balances I had.

Pretty good shoes overall, nice style, nothing too showy, but not too plain. I found that the size was a bit larger than my normal 10in., and I would recommend buyers to downsize by half size and plus the M width is a little on the wide side for me also. As far as the wear, comfy and nicely padded on the arch, but not great support like some of the others say, my heel tends to slide up and thus my calves are getting worked more than usual as I have to "grip" the shoe if I walk around for long, it's not a 'snug' fit which is not bad if your intent is to wear them as a casual walker shoe to go shopping in, or some light sightseeing, but I don't recommend these for treking out in and going full speed at workouts. Bottom line, these are decent shoes for the budget minded, but just be careful of the size, I would recommend getting 2 sizes and then send back the one that isn't right. Zappos makes this very easy and I highly commend their great customer service!

I have a hard time buying shoes that fit my needs. I am on my feet a great deal of time and a good portion of that time I am on a unforgiving concrete surface at my PT job with the Home Depot. I suffer with sciatica and I needed something comfortable that could breathe and could be worn in a casual environment. I reached out to Zappos and found a pair of New Balance shoes that have delivered since I received them. I am pleased and would certainly recommend them to others and purchase again from Zappos and buy the New Balance product.

These were a replacement for a defective pair I was sent and while I dixn\'t get a refund for the previous (used shoes!) pair I was sent, they did give me $25 credit toward another pair. I ordered the new shoes and 2 days later they were on my porch. Pretty good customer service and excellent at getting my order ASAP.

I wear a size 18ee shoe, so I have a lot of trouble finding shoes that have a good fit, but I found these shoes to be so comfortable, that a couple of days later, I bought 2 more pairs of the same style in a different color. What impressed me the most was the speed that they were delivered.

The shoes are very comfortable, but there could be more arch support. The shoestrings are a little on the long side so I had to trim them.

These shoes are OK. The materials are great and it's put together well. The only complaint are the soles as they feel like blocks of wood. The soles are thick and not shock absorbent enough to reduce the shock running through your knees, hips, and back. Also my heel lifts out of the right shoe no matter how tight I lace up.

I am very pleased with my New Balance shoes I ordered from Zappos. I first got a pair of slip-on Propets 2 or 3 years ago. This is my 2nd order from Zappos and will surely not be my last. The shipping and customer service from the company is awesome. It is hard to find shoes in my size and width and Zappos makes it very easy to find what I am looking for. I will definitely return for more purchases. Shipping was super fast also. I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable pair of shoes.

Great shoes at a great price. I have terribly flat feet and always have foot pain with most shoes. These new walking shoes help that problem and I can have them on longer than other shoes I have worn.

I got these to wear on days when my feet are sore from my morning run, but I need something resembling a business casual shoe. They are very comfortable. Seem to be made relatively well. Styling could be better, but to me comfort was the key.
