Husband says these shoes are narrower in the toe box than usual for an 8EE. He liked the style and the smooth padded leather lining. But, you can't wear shoes that pinch your little toe. 3 stars for pinching toes in a wide shoe.

The shoes look more classic and dressier than they really are. I work in an office but walk over 3 miles each day and need comfortable walking shoes. I've had better from NB. I purchased for style and comfort. The leather is supple, The shoes are lot more narrower than normal making for a tighter fit and longer break-in period. They will do for dress if you need to wear a walking shoe and they will get through a whole day of wear. If you have a wide foot, then don't buy these.

A comfortable all day shoe. Excellent padding in the heel. Looks good with chinos and twills and is very presentable in a business casual office. Looks dressier than most walking shoes ... a plus. Leather used is a cut above. Order a size larger.

Perfect! Very difficult feet to fit, thin, bony, and toe surgeries on both. These are comfortable for all day working and look good enough to wear with pressed slacks.

A high quality traditional walker. Light, but well constructed. The foot box might be a bit snug for people whose feet are prone to swelling - I would suggest wearing thin socks. I like this shoe.

My husband needed a shoe to wear to work in a hospital that had the comfort and support of a sneaker but looked professional. These were just the ticket! He walks all over the hospital for his job, and is on his feet most of the day. He liked these so much he now has a pair in black and brown! He said his feet are feeling much better than now that he is wearing these and not his Rockports to work.

Very comfortable shoes, tend to run narrow. I usually wear a EE and these were on narrow side for EE width. Quality control questionable, stitching on top of left shoe started coming apart after a couple of weeks so I returned them.

Great quality walking shoe at a great price on sale. It took me three tries to size properly, but Zappos return policy was every bit as convenient as advertised.

Bought these shoes because I have had good luck with using New Balance Running shoes for more than 20 years. These were bought to use on an extended vacation in Italy. They look great, they feel great and they are unbelievably light! I changed my inserts to those I use in running, so I didn't try out those that come with the shoes but they look quality. Thanks Zappos, you have my business!

Watch looked good and felt decent, but in less than 10 hours the watch was already 5 minutes behind! This watches mechanisms must be poorly made or something, then again it could have just been mine.

Your shipping is amazing. These Shoes are a good fit for my hard to fit foot. I put custom orthotics in them and the factory liners are easily removed. Unlike my last NB walkers the tread pattern on these does not catch and hold small rocks. The tread is a good design. At this early stage I do not know how well the footbed will last day in and day out on concrete workplace floors.

For people like me who wear down the outside of their heels, these shoes are a perfect match. The rollbar system that New Balance has designed is terrific! I also have the New Balance running shoes with the rollbar as well as their hiking shoes. Most of my foot aches are gone - finally! I still use my orthotics.

This shoe was pretty comfortable, but within a month and a half this shoe was already falling apart. I don't recommend this shoe to anyone that plans on using it for anything other than moderate walking.

Very comfortable shoe. Lightweight and very flexible. Rubber sole does squeak when slid on concrete or tile floors.

The shoes look very nice, and are a great professional looking sneaker. I loved the leather inside of the shoe. However, these were not at all comfortable for my feet!
