I ordered half a size bigger after reading some comments and had to exchange it back to regular 11, so I would say it's true to size! I gave 1 star for style, because I personally do not like the look of these shoes. But my husband loved them! They are made for comfort and hard work! They are like heavy duty trucks and not terribly fashionable but certainly functional to do lots of walking! Fast to put on, easy to clean and really comfortable!

I am very happy with the MW928 Hook and Loop shoes. There is plenty of room for my custom orthotics and they provide the comfort that is hard for me to find in a shoe.
I'd also recommend: I only wear New Balance

These shoes are everything I had hoped for and more. I am very difficult to fit because My feet can swell a full size in a day. The only way I can get around this is to purchase quality shoes with straps to make up for the width and these are simply perfect. They don't look bad either. My ankles don't hurt anywhere near as bad since I wear them.
I'd also recommend: shoes for crews

This walking shoe has excellent arch and heel support. The shoe is incredibly soft and the comfort is terrific. I would recommend this shoe to anyone looking for comfort and support.

I have RA and my ankles are affected by bad New Balance 928 is by far the most comfortable shoe I have tried. The Velcro closures are very convenient.
