Out of the five pair of athletic shoes I ordered, this is the pair I\'m keeping. Tried them out on my treadmill, and they felt great. Very supportive, but with a soft insole. Nice!
Other Brands Recommended by Reviewer: I always go for New Balance because of the wide widths offered. And I get men\'s shoes because they seem to fit better.

I wear two AFO\'s. These shoes fit very well and are true to size. They are very comfortable when I add the New Balance insoles. I had to purchase the New Balance IMC3210 D 12 (Sport Cushion) insoles from another company, but the combination of these shoes and the insoles make the difference for my feet and my situation. Without the insoles, I give the shoes a 4 star on comfort; but with the insoles, definitely a 5 star rating. It would be ideal if New Balance sold the shoes with these great insoles.

I have been help with fast service over the phone to acomodate my delivery need with no extra charges. I have been a customer for a while and the fact that you don\'t have the pressure to return when shoes don\'t work for you is good.\r\nWhy not save a little money and have a good experience shopping!\r\n\r\nMy husband and I have difficult time finding shoes that fit confortable with orthotics.

I purchased a pair of mens New Balance 927 tennis shoes recently as I needed a new pair of good shoes with excellent support. Because of my past experience wearing New Balance, I turned to them once again. Because of a very bad nerve issue in my right foot, it took me almost a week of wearing these new shoes for a few hours each day before I could put them on and wear them all day. There was a substantial breaking-in period for me. I own a pizza shop and am on my feet non-stop. Now that I'm able to wear them all day, I wouldn't go with any other shoe as the New Balance has proven to be excellent for my foot problem. Not saying that any of the others aren't good shoes, but I stuck with what has worked in the past. Zappos service was outstanding and highly recommend buying from them. Thank you.

These are very padded and pretty darned comfortable. There is a seam on the outside of the left shoe that seems a bit large, and thus rubs a bit on joint before my little toe. Oddly enough, that seam is well aligned on the other shoe and is no problem. These shoes are not light, but are well cushioned and solid and run true to size.

This is my second pair of New Balance 900s; my first pair, purchased 4 years ago, were the 925s and were primarily used for walking (no jokes about not walking enough). I really like these shoes; they provide good support, are light to wear and the roll-on heel is easier on my joints. Zappos website was easy to use and I received my shoes in a few days like they promised. I will certainly use them again.

Hard to beat comfort -
These shoes are being replaced after 3 plus years because the sole finally gave out. They are great, I spend a lot of time on my feet with 2 jobs. I also have diabetes which makes great shoes a must. Highly recommend

I replaced the 811 with the new 927. Unlike the 811, I had a 2 day break in problem. I was in a lot of pain on the upper part of my foot, but now they wear well. They are both great shoes, but I believe the 811 has a slight edge for comfort and fit. By the way, Zappos you rule. Super fast service. Thank you.

Nice, stylin' shoes! Love Zappos! Can always count on Zappos to get the hard to find size I need. Size 13, 6E because I wear orthotics, I'd be 12W without. I had always got white before and decided to try black, they make my huge feet look a little smaller. Don't have to run all over town looking for shoes anymore. Really appreciate the free shipping back and forth if needed, but haven't needed to yet.

Hello\r\nI am a janitor at a middle school. I an on my feet 8 hr. a day. I walk on concreat & wood floores. I ware a size 15 4E or 5E very hard to find a shoe my size. I started wearning these shoes on Aug.7/09 & at first I was thinking these shoes were very hard to break in. I could not keep them on for more than 3 or 4 hr. at a time & would half to put my old shoes back on to work the rest of the day. Well I have fingered out what is wrong whith this shoe for me. They are to soft. When I walk in them it\'s like I am walking with a layer of foam under my feet. They are just to soft for me. Someone else might like this type of give or softness in a shoe but it\'s not for me.

So far so good. It took two different pairs of New Balance running shoes before I talked to a Zappos specialist. I learned that walking shoes are wider at the front than running shoes, and since that was my original need they hooked me up with these 927s. They are true to size and have been great walking shoes for my five mile walks.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I work at Ford and I am on my feet for the whole shift and, wow, they are like walking on clouds.

My husband was having trouble with his sneakers because of his wide feet. He usually wore New Balance but had recently purchased a pair of Nikes and his feet were aching! Then he realized he had something called Plantars Fasceitous and could barely walk in any shoe. He needed something with very good arch support and contacted New Balance, his old sneaker standby, and asked what model to buy. They told him to buy this model and so we did. They were pricey but he was in pain. Immediately after getting these his feet felt so much better. The arch support in the sneaker, it has a fancy name I don't remember, was perfect for his condition and a month later he still remains happy. I haven't heard him complain one bit about these sneakers. Well worth the money for him to be comfortable and able to walk pain free. The reason I gave them 4 stars for style is that they look very wide when you first get them, but I don't notice as much now.

My husband has suffered with a heel spur for a good 6 months.\r\n\r\nThe New Balance MW927 has made it comfortable for\r\nhim to walk without as much pain.\r\n\r\nHe will continue to wear the New Balance MW927 even though he has other New Balance shoes. I've bought lots of walking shoes, about 4 pairs per year, for several years. Maybe once in all that time did they not have the unusual size I need. Otherwise, all the right size and color. Prompt delivery, guaranteed cost-free returns if something isn't right, and frequent upgrades to faster than normal delivery. I have also shopped around and always Zappos has the best price. Pretty good deal when you consider no shipping charge on the deal, even if there is a return. The price you see is the price you pay.
