My dad never spends a lot on shoes; he is a diabetic with a wide foot, and he works on his feet all day, so he really needs to invest in a great pair of shoes. I practically forced these shoes down his throat begging him to try them, so we did, and now he LOVES them. They are the first pair of shoes in a long time that he doesn't complain about his feet at the end of the day. It has a wide toe box which is important for anyone with diabetes. He literally has little to no pain after standing on his feet for 10 hours a day. Once again, I proved to him that I am the shoe princess. If you are thinking about ordering this shoe- DO IT! I'm ordering him more colors for Christmas...

These shoes are really comfortable. Pay the extra money for the upper end shoes. The cushion in the sole is way better. I have narrow feet and have been purchasing New Balance from Zappos for 3 years because no store in my area carries these shoes.

It is very hard to find a comfortable shoe with my below the knee prosthesis. These walking sneakers are the most comfortable shoe I own. Good support. Worth the high price. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful shoe. They are very comfortable and offer great support for flat feet. The shoe is deep enough and wide enough to handle orthotics. I have worn them to work every day and have played golf in them over the past year. They are beginning to show signs of wear, so I will be replacing them in the near future.

These are sturdy, dependable, comfortable shoes. I am on my feet all day and walk a lot. My feet are flat and wide (duck feet). These are the only shoes that holds up well.

These shoes have a great feel. They provide a very low impact while walking. I work 12 hour shifts and am on my feet most of that time. My feet still feel good at the end of the shift.

I love these shoes. My job requires being on your feet all day and lots of walking. I'm a big guy and these shoes absorb it all with style and comfort. They wear a long time. This is my fifth pair and I will definitely get another when these wear out. Zappos shipping is free and fast.Bought them on Monday and received them on Wednesday. Wow, thanks Zappos.

These shoes are light grey, not white. I like them a lot. I even found grey ankle sock to go with them at socks4life.com. I have prescription orthodics and they fit in as replacement insoles with no problem. New Balance Shoes are made in the USA keeping workers employed here. They make 1/4 of all the shoes in the world (if I remember that correctly).

Buying shoes when you have feet as large as mine can be, to put it mildly, a chore. Zappos makes it easy and although the selection isn't wide (when you wear size 15 shoes, this is expected) they stock quality options of which none I've been disappointed with.

This is the second pair of New Balance MW927s that I have purchased for my husband. The first pair finally wore out after daily use for about a year. He has large and wide feet and while we tried a few other brands and styles he kept coming back to these. He says that they are super comfortable and give great support, too.

The salesperson was sensitive and accommodating to my needs. Zappos delivered my first order of shoes the very next day, following my order. I was surprised and pleased. I like Zappos' policy of up to one year return, if the package remains unopened for any unforeseen reason. The doctor told me to wait, to see whether I could use my new custom-fitted brace in my second pair of shoes from Zappos. I had already ordered a second pair, just before I visited him. This second pair remains unopened. If I am unable to use them, I have the assurance that Zappos will take them back and give me a refund. That is a great customer policy!

I love New Balance shoes because they come in varying widths (I have a wide foot) and are extremely comfortable. This is my 10th pair. I particularly like the style and comfort of this model.
