This shoe was very comfortable and great for tennis - stability and comfort. But, it wore out through the toe seam very quickly (3 weeks). Got another pair hoping it was just a fluke but had the same results. Will try the 1004 NewBalance court shoe.

Excellent sneakers, but that seems to be par for the New Balance course. I was drawn to this one as usual NB wearers must sacrifice style for comfort and support - not with this pair! One slick feature was the beaded/twisted laces. I didn't know what they were for until I soon realized that I don't have to double-knot my laces as they don't slip loose anymore...pretty slick.
