Great lightweight trainer. About 10oz, 3oz lighter my Asics Gel Neo 33. Put about 300 miles on them, and they are starting to feel a little beat in the midsole. I would consider buying another pair simply for the lightweight feel and smooth ride. Longevity is not as great, but that's the tradeoff for the weight.

Over the last year or so, I have ran in 4 different pairs of running shoes, each from different brands. I was looking to find the perfect shoe for me. Each time I bought a shoe, I went to my local specialty store and was fitted. First, I ran in the Brooks Ghost 5. I personally loved this shoe, but found it was a bit too heavy for my needs and decided to go more lightweight with the Mizuno Sayonara. This shoe, despite the weight, offered a good amount of support. The downfall was that running on trails was extremely painful with the bottoms being paper thin. They also practically fell apart at the seams. The next shoe I tried was the Saucony Ride 6. This shoe was light and thicker at the bottoms, but hurt my feet terribly. I put about 150 miles on each of these before doing away with them. Looking for change, I bought these. I was a little apprehensive when I first tried them on that the bottoms were too thin. I picked them up for the steal and decided to give them a try. These shoes are amazing. They are the perfect mix of lightness, durability, flexibility, support, and longevity. They gripped the ground well when I ran on trails and supported my knees on roads. I have worn these for close to 200 miles and absolutely love them so much I will probably buy another pair. The only downfall is that I bought mine so cheap on a clearance rack and the only color available was the yellow and black one which horrendous looking in my opinion. The price was too much to pass on for me though! I would recommend this shoe to anyone looking for a truly versatile shoe. It is flexible enough for a workout and supportive enough for my 8 mile runs. Can't wait for the 5s!

I'd also recommend: Brooks, Mizuno, Saucony, New Balance

Super lightweight yet excellent cushioning. Found the toe width not as wide as previous model but still within range for a very comfortable run.

Love the lightweight and cushioning, perfect for my 6'2", 220# frame. Unfortunately, I received these in June and have used them 75 times (288.04 miles/10 min per mile pace) and they have lost their cushion, there is a hole above both big toes, and the inside is worn through at the heel. I usually hope to get 4-600 miles out of a shoe, these fell short. I really like these, so now I'm torn as to buy another pair, or gamble on something else.

I'd also recommend: Asics, Nike

These shoes fit my high arch well and are really light yet supportive. I also really like the way their tracking is good, but they don't pick up as much gravel as a few of my other pairs have.

I'd also recommend: I have also liked the fit of Brooks, but their mess seems a little cheaper than the New Balance shoes.
