- Welded seams and no-sew upper for reduced weight and minimal irritation.
- Plush tongue and collar.
- Fabric lining for a great step-in feel.
- Molded foam insole supplies light underfoot cushioning.
- ABZORB® midsole cushioning in the mid-foot for exceptional shock absorption.
- REVlite midsole material provides optimal responsiveness and durability at a 30% lighter weight than comparable midsole foams.
- Blown rubber outsole for lightweight cushioning and flexibility.
- Ndurance® rubber outsole material is placed in high-wear areas for maximum durability.
- Built on a PL-1 last. This last type has a narrow toe box width and a reduced toe box volume, a low instep height, and an anatomical heel width.

I have a wide foot and somewhat high instep, and am used to being hard to fit. I got these in wide, and they fit perfectly. My first time out with them, I jogged 4 or 5 miles, wearing thin socks, and found them very comfortable. Seriously thinking of getting another pair.

I bought these as every day trainers and now have about 50 miles on them. I have really grown to like these shoes a lot. They are fast, comfortable, and most of all, seem to be really holding up better than anything I have run in for quite some time. They are certainly one of those shoes that I am going to stock up on before they run their course.
I'd also recommend: Brooks, Saucony

I have ordered NB in the past no problems with fit; however, this is the first pair that was extremely tight up front above the toe area, had to send back, guess I need to order larger width, love the style though.

I have been running in New Balance shoes for 40 years and they are the best. That is why I stick with them. Zappos is very competitive on pricing and have a great backup team. Plus with their VIP program if your order is placed prior to 1:00 PM EST, you will have your shoes the next day all at no cost. You cannot beat that.
