The shoe is great! However, I would recommend ordering a half size larger. I ordered a 6.5 and probably need a 7. Hopefully they will just stretch!

These are super cute and stylish shoes! They run narrow and about half a size small. They are comfortable and light weight, so they are a great shoe for work or school.

These shoes are really cute and comfortable, but I would recommend ordering 1/2 size up. Also, if you have average to wide feet, order the wide size. My feet are narrow and these are snug. Lightweight, but good cushioning for running errands.

Great shoe but half a size too small. I usually wear a 7, and it was too tight.

I have loved these shoes since I found them four years ago, they are perfect for suprinators, not so much for pronators. You can't find them locally anymore, so I was delighted to find them on Zappos. As usual Zappos did a wonderful job with shipping. Zappos is a great company, and this is a great shoe.

Unlike other reviews, I thought this shoe was perfectly to size. I even ordered a half-size up and ended up having to return that pair and get my usual size, 9.5. A super cute and comfortable shoe. I have been looking for so long for an athletic shoe that I can wear for errands and toting around my little one without feeling like I've got big, dorky tennis shoes on. Love these!!

Glad I read the other reviews as I needed to order a size up on these. This is my first pair of New Balance. I suffer from Plantar fasciitis, so I was hoping for a bit more support and cushioning in these shoes. They're good for quick walks around town, but I can't wear them on long walks. They're very cute but not for very active days.

These are classic! Good walking shoes - great for everyday wear. I love the old school style/bright colors and they seem to liven up my look when I'm just wearing leggings and a sweatshirt to stop by the store. I usually wear a size 6, and the size 6 fits perfectly.

I have been ordering from Zappos for several years now, and I can tell you that they are one of the most efficient on-line companies out there. Items arrive quickly and, although I have never had to return or exchange anything, I am certain that they would handle that as thoroughly and efficiently as the original purchases.

These NB sneakers are very comfortable. They are not bulky looking like some sneakers. I like the fact that they fit very nicely almost mold to the feet for people with regular width. However, if I have to be exact, they do run a little snug, but I would not call it narrow. I would call them slim fit. So, for those who are used to roomy shoes, this NB style might not be for them. They also run a little small. So if you are in between size, order 1/2 size up. I am between 7 and 7-1/2, I ordered the 7-1/2 and they fit perfect without socks on and have a little room in the toes. If you plan on wearing socks, you might want to order one size up. There is very little arch support, but it's not bad for short walk. Overall, I am very happy with the shoes mainly for the style I have been having difficulty finding - slim fit and not bulky, light, one other color in the soles to give the black top some contrast, simple yet stylish.

These shoes are great for my kettle bell class and running errands. Sole is thin so I would not wear them for running or all-day support. Look sleek and feels good. I bought the grey with pink trim.

This is my second time buying NB sneakers. These shoes run very narrow. I'd say that if you have an average foot, get the wide, and if you are narrow, get medium. If you are wide like me, do not buy these. I suspect these gave me bunions, and definitely worsened them. They don't give much support, if you are buying shoes for walking or running, these are not for you. These make my feet ache when on the treadmill. dissapointed. On the plus side, it has a nice style, and I would like these shoes if I had a narrower foot. I recommend these for narrow-average- footed people who are not planning on getting exercise in these.

These are great shoes for what I need and just everyday wear. There's not a ton of support; I wouldn't recommend them for anyone who needs to do a lot of walking, but they're cute and comfy for my purposes.
