So comfortable - Love everything about these shoes - they are cushy, comfortable, soft, and easy to walk in - and they look more stylish than wearing my running shoes. I walk quite a bit in these (and I have very high arches that usually ache after walking a lot) and I've had no problem so far! I never want to take them off.

Teenager Love these - Getting a 15 yr. old girl to focus on anything other than makeup and a straightening iron tends to be a challenge. The thought of shoe shopping with a picky teenager was not an event to look forward to. Having her sit down at the computer and shop online at Zappos, knowing if it didn't fit or she didn't like, we could easily return was a very welcome option. She loved the shoes, they are what all her friends are wearing and having bought New Balances for my boys I knew it was a good choice. Thanks again for quick service as we ordered 2 days before her class started and had them!!

Awesome! I loved the shoe. Once I get more money I want another pair in a different color. I most definitely will be ordering them from Zappos!

Very firm motion control shoe. I am a runner who pronates and wears orthotics. These shoes do run true to size, so a 10.5 is equal to a Nike, Asics, Brooks size 11. The sole is so firm that I felt there was little impact cushioning. They are stiffer than my Etonic Minado and Jepara shoes which provide about the same control with a much more cushioned ride. I returned the Aetrex after a short run as my bunion hurt on every impact, which had never happened before. They were like running in hiking boots. Good for walking and support, not for running.

Another Pair of New Balance - I have had these in the grey color and love the style and the comfort. I needed a pair of comfortable black pair of shoes for my work. I was skeptical of the black because I thought they could either be very stylish or very much the other way. They went the stylish way as far as a tennis shoe. They are very "hip" and comfortable right out of the box. I am a true 8 1/2 in shoes. I have worn 8 1/2 in New Balance as well and these were no different 8 1/2. I put them on and worn them straight out of the box for 7 hours straight of standing. Zappos could not make it any easier.

These shoes were made for walkin! A little bit chunkier of a shoe than I expected but I still love them. Theses are great for walking and they go well with practically everything. As a college student I'm always trekking across campus in a hurry and these shoes can really keep up. I have a high arch and all other shoes hurt by the end of the day.

A classic can't go wrong - Great shoe, great fit. Good for walking and more walking. This is my second pair of New Balance, probably not my last.

So comfortable - These shoes worked perfectly for me- they are very retro and feel nothing like a modern New Balance, but I don't use them to work out in.
